Information you enter into tools
The calculator runs in your browser. Its values are not submitted to our server. “Compare this deal” uses session storage in your browser, and that data clears with the browser session. If you explicitly create a share link, the assumptions are encoded in the URL fragment after the # symbol. Anyone with that link can read those assumptions.
Optional analytics
Google Analytics 4 loads only after you choose “Allow analytics.” We may collect page paths, general device information, and non-sensitive interaction events. We do not send exact property values, rents, loan balances, email addresses, or shared-scenario fragments. You can decline analytics without losing site functionality and reopen Privacy choices from the footer.
Email and correspondence
Contact links open your email application. This site does not operate a contact-form database. If you email us, your email provider and ours process the message, address, metadata, and any information you choose to include. Do not email Social Security numbers, bank statements, or other sensitive loan documents.
External lender websites
Official-site links point directly at the lender's own domain; nothing is routed through this site to conceal the destination. With analytics consent, a lender name and click event may be recorded before navigation. External sites have their own privacy practices and may collect application information independently.
Cookies and browser storage
We use local storage to remember analytics consent and session storage for an optional calculator-to-comparison handoff. GA4 may use cookies only after analytics consent. We do not enable advertising signals in GA4.
Data sharing and sale
We do not sell calculator inputs or email addresses. We do not send calculator scenarios to lenders. If that operating model changes, this policy and the consent experience must be updated before collection begins.
Retention and controls
Browser-local values remain under your browser's controls. Email retention depends on our operational and legal needs. Analytics retention is controlled in the configured GA4 property. You may decline analytics, clear browser storage, or contact us with a privacy request.
Children and changes
This site is intended for adults researching business-purpose real estate financing, not children. We may update this policy when features or legal requirements change and will revise the reviewed date.
