No lender pays for placement
No lender pays this site for inclusion in the research set, a position in any list, a score, a badge, a review, or a link. Outbound links to lender websites are provided for research convenience and are not paid placements.
How the ranking is produced
Lenders are ordered by the DSCR Accessibility Score, a published model computed only from criteria each lender publishes on its own website. The methodology sets out every category weight, every scoring curve, and the rules the model follows — including that a figure a lender does not publish scores zero rather than being estimated.
What the ranking does not claim
A rank is a comparison of published criteria, not a recommendation, an endorsement, or a statement that a lender is right for your deal. It cannot account for pricing on your file, underwriting judgment, service quality, appraisal, title, or anything a lender assesses after reviewing documents. A lender ranked lower may be the better choice for a given scenario.
What the research cannot change
- Official-source requirements and verification dates
- Program limitations and review trade-offs
- Missing, stale, or conflicting data labels
- The computed output of the published model
This site is not a lender
It is not a lender, a mortgage broker, or a loan originator, and it is not owned by, operated by, or published on behalf of any lender. It accepts no applications and cannot approve, decline, or price a loan.
No guarantee of credit
Nothing here is an offer of credit, commitment to lend, pre-approval, or promise that a lender will approve a scenario. Rates, terms, fees, programs, and availability can change without notice.
